And give you some guidance to get you feeling well, more energised and balanced.

Think of me as your naturopathic health coach.

I’m Sarah, Naturopath, Regenerative Farmer, wife and mum of six.

I love working together with clients to reinstate the fundamentals of good health. I have a strong trust in the body’s ability to heal once the obstacles to cure are removed and adequate nourishment is provided.

Health relies on the complex interplay of many factors, so where appropriate, I offer herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, dietary and lifestyle interventions to fast track the healing process and recreate harmony.

I have a strong understanding of pathology and view blood test results from an “optimal” perspective…not necessarily just “in range”. I also offer functional testing when we need to delve deeper such as HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis), stool testing, dried urine hormonal profile and salivary cortisol, among others.

On your first visit we’ll chat about everything from what you eat, your health history, your poo and everything in between.

And by the end, I’ll put together a plan that will get you started on the path toward your health goals, and enjoying life as much as you used to.
